Terms & Conditions
A straightforward guide to using The Domain Age and its public registration data.
Use of the service
The Domain Age is provided for lawful, small-scale domain research. Do not bypass request limits, disrupt the service, harvest personal information, or use registration data for spam or other abusive activity. Access may be limited to protect the service and upstream registries.
Public registry records
Registration information comes from third-party public records. Each registry’s terms govern its data and access. Review the registry notices included with detailed results. Exporting a result does not grant additional rights to the underlying data.
Accuracy and availability
Records may be incomplete, delayed, restricted, or unavailable. The Domain Age reports available information without guaranteeing its completeness, continued availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Verify important registration, transfer, and renewal information with the registrar.
What results mean
A reported age is a calculation from the current record’s creation date. It does not establish website history, ownership continuity, safety, value, or search ranking potential. An expired date or absent record does not establish that a domain can be purchased.
Changes and questions
Features and lookup limits may change as registry policies and service capacity change. The date above identifies the current version of these terms. For questions about the service, contact The Domain Age.
